10 Mbps Solutions

Twister™ 4318/2111
The 4318/2111 Series provide stand alone solutions for integrating Thin net, Twisted Pair, and Singlemode or Multimode fibre in a single LAN. All signal activity is reliably converted, ensuring accurate communication and collision detection in connected segments. Other supported features are Link Loss Carry Forward (LLCF), half and full duplex operation, MDII/MDIX selection on all RJ45 ports, and lifetime warranty. 100Mbps Solutions

Twister™ 2131
The 2131 Series offer transparent integration of 100 Mbps Copper and Fibre in a single Fast Ethernet Network. Features include full signal restoration, low bit delay with full clock recovery and retiming of converted data to ensure maximum cable length. Link Loss Carry Forward (LLCF) enables quick response and maximum up time in the event of physical link failure. For modular chassis options see the 7131 Series.

AutoTwister 2600
The Lancast AutoTwister supports a variety of configuration options that enable users to go beyond copper based network distances, convert half to full duplex, 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps as well as convert Copper to Fibre in mixed media environments. 100 Mbps Redundancy Solutions

Redundant Twister™ 2700
The Lancast redundant Twister provides physical link redundancy that can be either for Dynamic Recovery Mode for mission critical applications, or Network Select mode for link isolation and traffic redirection. A 50 nanosecond maximum switch over time ensures faster network recovery than Spanning Tree. All Redundant Twisters are transparent to Spanning Tree and other Protocols for the control of data in a network. For modular chassis options see the 7700 Series.

Gigabit Solutions

Mode Converters 2151
The Lancast 2151 Mode converters provide seamless integration between Multimode and Singlemode fibre at Gigabit speeds. This allows for connectivity between low cost SX Multimode ports across longer distances that are supported by Singlemode fibre. ATM/Sonet Solutions

Mode Converters 2125/2135
The Lancast ATM/Sonet Mode Converters enable the cost benefits of Multimode ports to be maximised by the extended distances that are available over Singlemode fibre (up to 40km). Solutions are available for OC-3 (155Mbps) and OC-12 (622Mbps). All ATM/Sonet mode converters support Link Loss Return (LLR) and Link Loss Carry Forward (LLCF).
