What currency does the DCS website use?

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD).

How do I add products to the shopping cart?

When you have found the product or products that you are looking for, simply enter the number that you require into the box on the right hand side under the heading Qty. To order multiple products from the same page enter the amount that you require into the respective quantity box. When you have finished entering quantities for your selected products click add to cart. You will then be taken to the shopping cart/checkout area.

How do I remove a product from the cart?

To remove any item from the cart you must be able to view the entire contents of the cart which can be done by selecting view cart. when you have found the item or item that you want to remove click the box on the right hand side of the table to change the tick into a blank, when you have finished selecting the items that you want to remove click the refresh button at the bottom of the shopping cart table.

Can I change the amount ordered?

To change the amount of any item that is in the shopping cart first you need to select view cart to display the conents of your cart. Find the item or items that you want to change and adjust the figure that is shown in the quantity box to the number that you require, when you have finished changing quantities click the refresh button at the bottom of the shopping cart table to update the totals. Note if you change an quantity to zero it is not removed from the cart but does have a nil quantity, this is so that if you are shopping to a budget you can change your order without removing products from the list, any goods ordered with a zero quantity are not supplied.

Which credit cards do you accept?

For online orders and telephone/fax orders we accept Visa and Mastercard, in our showroom we accept American Express, Diners Card, Visa and Mastercard aswell as Cash, Cheque and EFT-POS.

When do I get billed?

Your Credit card will not be billed until the order is despatched.

Are the transactions secure?

All credit card transactions are handled by a seperate secure server, when you have finished shopping and send your order to us you will be sent to this server to enter your credit card information. The only information that is sent directly to DCS from you is the contents of the shopping cart (your order) and the delivery address. To further protect our customers we do not store any submitted information on the DCS webserver.

How do I get a login?

Existing customers should contact their account manager to arrange the correct type of access required. Only users with online buying rights can send a purchase order from the DCS Website, all other logged in users can still purchase goods at their preferential rate using approved credit cards. Why can't I login?

If you have been given a username and a password and can't login you may need to check the following:

• Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive, check settings and re-enter
• You may be using an incorrect username and password
• Turn Javascript on
• Allow your browser to accept cookies
• Upgade your browser to a later version, Our site has been tested for IE4 and Netscape 4.0 or Later Browsers.

Do your prices include freight?

Unfortunately our prices do not include freight or packaging. National Deliveries are shipped either by express envelope which is a fixed price nationwide or by standard courier which is charged by weight. All goods are despatched via courier from our Wellington office and should arrive the next business day, large or heavy items may be sent via a freight company which may take a little bit longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes DCS can send your order internationally, specific rates will vary based on Destination, Size, and Weight, as well as whether the order is sent Priority Air Freight or via Regular Freight.

Do you charge a sales tax?

Unfortunately we have to charge 12.5% GST (Goods & Services Tax). The prices shown on the web site are exclusive of gst, however at the view cart/checkout section of our site the GST figure is shown.
